Cockburn, who is very well known, had a terrible fall "after a moment's inattention" and now uses a power chair.  "If I'd had my fingers through the neck strap, I wouldn't have broken my neck", says Cockburn.  He's easing back into training horses, and occasionally jumps his chair over small obstacles to amuse the kids..
